Producer Vashu Bhagnani hasn't made full payment to Mission Raniganj director and 250 crew members

The famous producer Vashu Bhagnani may have denied the rumours of facing financial problems but the latest reports suggest otherwise.


Recently, the president of Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), BN Tiwari revealed that Vashu Bhagnani owes Rs.33.13 lakh to Tinu Desai who directed the Akshay Kumar starrer, Mission Raniganj and an amount of Rs. 31.78 lakhs is also pending towards the 250 crew members who worked on the sets of Mission Raniganj, Ganapath and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

FWICE President stated, “A written complaint was filed by the director of Mission Raniganj regarding non-payment of his dues of ₹33.13 lakh from Vashu Bhagnani last year in March. We’ve been following up with Pooja Entertainment but still they haven’t made the payment. They have said by July end they will clear the dues.”


As per the reports, Tinu Desai was supposed to be paid an amount of Rs. 4,03,50,000 but he has received however, he has only received Rs. 3,70,36,092 so far.

The FWICE President said that even IFTDA wrote many letters to the producers but they haven’t made any payment, earlier they sought some time because of Jackky Bhagnani’s marriage and then they said that they will make payment after the release of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan but they haven’t made the payment till now.

It is also being reported that Vashu Bhagnani has sold Pooja Entertainment’s seven storey office for settling a debt worth Rs. 250 crores but he denied the report and said that the building is getting redeveloped.
